The panoramic Roof Garden Restaurant “Les Etoiles”
offers a classical but at the same time creative and innovative
cuisine. It is a cuisine that combines the Italian tradition
with a new and stimulating culinary approach. Our dishes,
characterized by strong regional elements, are prepared with
natural and genuine ingredients. Therefore in every season
the restaurant is filled with fabulous aromas of fresh seasonal
products. We have at heart not only the satisfaction of our
clients’ palate but also their well-being. Our Chef
uses exclusively extra-virgin olive oil produced in our country
estate “Parco dell’Airone”, situated near
Rome.
