Photographic exhibitions in Rome: World Press Photo 2010
World Press Photo, the most important photo contest now at its 53rd edition, is opening tomorrow in Rome and will end June 6.

As usual, this 2010 edition will be hosted at the Museum of Rome in Trastevere and as well as 101,960 photographs will be exposed to the public and judged by an independent jury.
The work of other photographers competing for the prize are divided into 10 different categories: Daily Life, People in the News, Sports News, General News, Nature, News Stories, Arts and Entertainment, Portraits, Sports foreground and Finally, in Action Sports.
What you see above is a photo of the year 2009, the winner of the last edition of World Press Photo, taken from the italian Pietro Mastrurzo.
The cost of the entry is of 5.5 euros for the full price ticket and 4 euro for the reduced price ticket, while the visiting hours of Word Press Photo 2010 are the followings:
- fromTuesday to Sunday, from 10.00 to 20.00
