Il MiBAC (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) has decided to realize another beautiful initiative to celebrate the 150° years of Unity of Italy, in fact for all the 2011 every Italian or European citizens can freely visit the cultural places and the museums of Rome and of whole Italy the day of own birthday. To the free attractions in Rome is enough show the ID card or a original and valid document at box office, without obliged to book into.
If you are thinking that your birthday this year happened on Sunday don’t worry, if the day of your birthday concurs with the day of the museum and archeological area day closure you’ll be able benefit from free entry attractions in Rome the day after. To celebrate the diplomatic program of Italian-Russian cultural exchange “2011 year of Italy and Russia” will take place in Rome the art exhibition of Russian figurative modern artist Aleksandr Deineka.
Deineka (1899 – 1969) was the biggest exponent of the Socialist Realism, and his works was inspired from common scene of ordinary life and very often from sports, the drawing and painting undertake the role of Soviet regime celebration, in the same way as others painter oh his movement. In fact many works are propagandist illustration and he decorated two station of Mosca Subway, Majakovsk e Novokuznezkaja.
Is the first time that the works of the artist has come away from motherland, and for this event Rome has been choice because it has been a destination of his journey of study in 1935. Deineka dedicated many painting at Rome like Villa in Rome, Quirinal Place, Rome e A Street in Rome. (more…)
