July sounds good in Rome: it’s coming

Luglio Suona Bene (July suonds good): the Roman musical international event it’s near. Is the VIII time in which this music feast takes place during the Roman Summer. It’s supported by Music Foundation for Rome and Auditorium Parco della Musica, where the performances will take place from June 29th to August 1st. A thick month rich of international and Italian artist’s performances will get cooler the Roman Summer, the every-year summer program dedicated to tourists and people who decide to spend their July in the Eternal City.
You can’t miss parties, events and musical programs: they will enliven our summer nights till August, giving us a cool month.
We purpose to you a little reminder on what is going to happen. A lot of international artist as Orquesta Buona Vista Social Club feat. Omara Portoundo, Norah Jones, Simply Red, Pat Methney, Mark Knopfler and other artist will be on the stage of the Auditorium. Representing the Italian musical View Elio e le Storie Tese, Giovanni Allevi, De Andrè, Carmen Consoli, Ludovico Einaudi among others. A performance a day for Roman audience. Music in Rome: “Luglio Suona Bene”

After the success of “Luglio suona bene” 2009, at which participated more than 60,000 spectators, this year the event will be replicated.
The show from June 26 to July 31, will be organised in the suggestive setting of the “Auditorium Parco della Musica” in Rome and will perform on the big stage set up in the Cavea, the open space between the three large buildings, Italian and international artists of high-caliber.
Among the artists from around the world, will be attended the Buena Vista Social Club, Herbie Hancock, Jeff Beck, Chick Corea, who will perform with Stefano Bollani, Earth Wind & Fire in the lineup, Mark Knopfler and many others. (more…)
