For the New Year's Eve the Ristorante Les Etoiles propone an exlusive dinner with a great panoramic view in order to celebrate the begin of 2020.
The menu offers:
Welcome drink Champagne Laurent-Perrier with Fine de Claire with oysters in cucumber sauce and mint
Marinated lobster with ginger served on chicory hearts, truffled anchovies and lightly smoked potatoes
Grilled scallop on bufala cheese cream and crispy cured pork cheek
Double-sheets tortello pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, red chicory, red prawns and orange bisque
Turbot in crusted sundried tomatoes and herbs on black cuttlefish ink rice and crispy Batavian endive
Hazelnut cream mix chocolate mousse with white coffee taste, tonka beans and raspberry ice cream
At midnight enjoy with Italian cotechino and lentils, panettone, torroni and traditional fruits on the terrace. Live music.
